Chris is an exceptional Senior Manager with over 17 years project and programme management experience in multiple business sectors including: Housing, telecoms; IT, Data, Change Management, Stakeholder Management across Public, Legal and Private Sectors. Highly motivated and focussed on delivery with a number of successful high profile multi-million pound projects, majoring on transformation, change management, detailed planning, transition management, technology led and strategic business improvements. As a senior programme/ project manager with a broadened change management experience necessary in projects advancing and embedding dramatic sustainable change. Chris fully recognises that successful delivery means that people buy in to the change, so his approach is to focus on both aspects of delivery and sustainability throughout delivering strong outcomes.
Chris is confident and articulate, with proven ability to deliver strong results in demanding environments, both technically and organisationally. Able to work as an individual and as part of a team, with proven commercial acumen able to identify and implement processes and solutions to meet business objectives.
